Job summary

Porsche Barrington, part of Murgado Automotive Group, seeks a Porsche Pro/Product Specialist to greet showroom guests and prepare them for appointments with Client Advisors. You will provide feature information and assist with vehicle details to ensure a smooth showroom experience.

You will maintain knowledge of inventory, contact customers via CRM for encore deliveries, and support daily showroom goals while staying informed about campaigns and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Positive, solutions-based communication skills.
• Strong project management and hospitality skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and prepares appointments with Client Advisors.
• Advises customers on features, benefits, functionality, and information.
• Ensures customers understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Keeps informed of current vehicle inventory and location.
• Contacts customers through CRM to schedule encore deliveries.
• Tracks vehicle market conditions and incentives.
• Attends sales meetings and events as scheduled.
• Records all showroom traffic (name, email, phone).
• Performs on-site and remote New and Certified Pre-Owned deliveries as needed.
• Sends personalized welcome emails/calls within 3 days of purchase to schedule encore deliveries.
• Escalates inquiries to Sales and Management as needed.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly showroom goals.
• Keeps up with manufacturer campaigns.
• Greets and assists customers on showroom floor.
• Collaborates with management to meet showroom needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
