Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring at Porsche St. Paul for a parts advisor to greet customers, process parts orders, and coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth vehicle repairs.

This on-site position offers hourly pay of $18–$22, with a 30-day probation before commission, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and purchase discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous parts advisor experience, preferred.
• Understand basic automotive components and systems.
• Automotive dealership service experience is a plus.
• Any automotive certifications is a plus.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain clean and professional appearance of counter, work area, and stockroom.
• Interact with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when needed.
• Takes inventory, maintain records of goods received and keeps perpetual inventory controls.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
• Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns as necessary.

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: Hourly Rate ranging $18-$22 with commission. 30 day probation before commission can be earned. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
