The role involves standing for long periods, using knives and cutting tools, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily targets. Availability for shifts is required, with 1st and 2nd shifts described above.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use knives and designated cutting tools to trim pork products
• Remove excess fat and unwanted portions according to product specifications
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Follow safe cutting and handling procedures
• Keep tools and work areas clean and sanitary
• Wear required protective equipment and follow food safety guidelines
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
• Complete other production duties as assigned
