Job summary

Clemens Food Group, Hatfield, PA, is seeking a Production Team Member for 1st or 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends). You will trim, cut, pack, and pick pork products while supporting cross‑functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift 50+ lbs and remain active for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work up to 10–12 hour shifts, including occasional weekends.
• A can-do attitude and commitment to doing quality work every day.
