Job summary

Clemens Food Group in Coldwater, MI is seeking a Production Team Member for 1st or 2nd shifts, Monday–Friday with occasional weekends. You will trim, cut, pack, and pick pork products in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and quality on the line.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly and drive quality and safety across every production step. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and maintain high stamina for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active for the shift.
• Willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts, including occasional weekends.
• Can-do attitude and commitment to quality work.
