Job summary

Clemens Food Group is hiring for a Production Team Member in Coldwater, MI. Shifts available are 1st or 2nd shift, Monday–Friday with occasional weekends. You will support trimming, cutting, packing, and picking pork products in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift 50+ lbs. and remain active for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work up to 10–12 hour shifts, including occasional weekends.
• A can-do attitude and commitment to doing quality work every day.
