Qualifikationen

• 3 years of MA clinical experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• MA certification within 90 days of eligibility from approved agencies (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, NAHP, CMAC, NPCE MA).
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification required at hire.

Aufgaben

• Primarily contacting patients by phone to close gaps in care.
• Support system-wide quality performance goals (HEDIS, STAR).
• Assist with scheduling health screenings and follow-up testing; document gap closures.
