Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise is seeking a Medical Assistant to support surgeons and cardiology teams. You will perform EKGs, place monitors, educate patients, and manage authorizations. This 40-hour/week role offers a collaborative clinic environment on the Boise Regional Medical Center campus.

The ideal candidate will have MA certification within 90 days, BLS, and a background in cardiac care. New grads welcome with proper credentialing; strong team players thrive here.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required at hire.
• MA certification within 90 days of hire from approved agencies.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) required at hire.
• Experience with cardiac meds, EKG, and rhythm knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform EKGs and place heart monitors on patients.
• Educate patients on device use and rhythm care.
• Complete prior authorizations and handle patient calls.
• Manage in-basket tasks and collaborate with physicians and staff.
