Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years leading clinical and population health analyses, reports, and studies with progressive scope.
• Proficiency with coding languages and analytics tools using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data.
• Experience providing analytical consultations to clinical, administrative, operational and financial stakeholders.
• Healthcare analytics background is preferred; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports design, development, execution, dissemination and interpretation of clinical and population health analyses and reports.
• Builds and maintains relationships with internal/external stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable.
• Acts as strategic partner, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise.
• Mentors Senior/Lead analysts and other colleagues in analytics methods and tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
