Job summary

The role requires 2 years in health data, strong communication, and proficiency with BI tools in a fully remote setting within eligible states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related fields or RN.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in health-related field.
• Experience with healthcare data preferred.
• 2 years of ECQM and quality metrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with little supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests, clarifies business and technical issues with client.
• Collaborates with client to understand business needs, scope and deliverables.
• Leads ongoing interface with client to develop analytic approaches.
• Develops population definitions to meet project needs.
• Recommends data-balanced processes to meet urgent requirements.
• Understands data context and aligns reports with other initiatives to create sustainable solutions.
• Uses statistical techniques to describe data and presents it to management.
• Provides value-added analyses and recommended follow-up actions.
• Supports data integration from multiple sources into a single dataset.
• Leads review and validation of complex, custom datasets.
• Prepares methods to deliver results to meet ongoing needs and facilitates discussions.
• Develops reports using Business Intelligence tools.
• Educates clients on clinical/financial concepts and data relationships.
• Consults with clients to quantify operational performance within data limits.
• Guides clients through data issues and data quality concerns.
