You will lead CARE configuration, training, and optimization across client environments, partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable quality and cost outcomes.

Qualifications

• Clinical degree or certification with hands-on care delivery experience.
• Deep understanding of value-based care and population health concepts.
• Experience translating clinical workflows into system requirements.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, or IT teams.
• Familiarity with leading EHR platforms and integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enablement partner to healthcare clients and care teams.
• Bridge clinical workflows with product configurations and workflows.
• Lead configuration, implementation, and optimization of CARE solutions.
• Train clients on best practices to maximize adoption and ROI.
• Identify gaps and propose pragmatic improvements in care workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on requirements.
