Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with health plans or value-based contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and present data for strategic value-based initiatives.
• Perform data acquisition and exchange within the population health organization.
• Deliver operational and analytic reporting using health data.
• Collaborate with leadership and providers to develop analytics needs.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of data systems and data sources.
• Understand operating programs and processes to support analytics.
