The role collaborates with leadership in Population Health Services Organization to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights that support value-based care goals and shared savings across payer contracts. Strong SQL, SSRS/SSIS, and Tableau skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare data experience and regulatory reporting.
• 5+ years building analytics, dashboards, and ETL processes.
• 7+ years SQL development and relational database experience.
• Experience with SSIS, Informatica, SSRS, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated, scalable reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Translate requirements into analytics solutions using SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Tableau.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to align data needs.
• Conduct data mining on large healthcare datasets to generate insights.
• Enhance data integration by adding new sources and improving ETL workflows.
• Standardize and document requirements, test scripts, and validation protocols.
• Evaluate ROI and impact of clinical programs with analyses.
• Represent analytics on medium to large projects as liaison.
• Contribute to process improvements and onboarding new team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
