Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science or other quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of Health Data or Data Analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SAS or SQL; Power BI/Tableau experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present analyses clearly.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring analysts.
• English fluency and healthcare data knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of analysts and manage cross-department projects.
• Conduct multiple major analytical projects from data extraction to written reports.
• Perform QA reviews of projects and ensure accuracy.
• Develop ad-hoc analyses and automate reporting.
• Create presentations with conclusions and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and support training efforts.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
