Job summary

CommunityCare HMO Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks an Analyst to provide analytical support across departments, including reporting, pricing, capitation, network and provider-specific reporting.

The analyst will work with multiple databases to pull data, perform statistical analysis and build data models to inform decision-making. You will develop beginner to intermediate level reports and ad-hoc analyses, automate reporting, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to health-related data.
• Strong written and oral communication to present results clearly.
• Fluent English communication and writing skills.
• Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute, write, test, validate, analyze and distribute reports.
• Determine report approach and tools; collaborate with stakeholders.
• Present results with key findings and trends to stakeholders.
• Perform multiple ad-hoc analyses and deliver reports per specifications.
• Develop beginner to intermediate level reports and automate them.
• Maintain Departmental Data Warehouse documentation and related tasks.
