Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data reporting, financial reporting, business analytics, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and validating reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Experience collecting, consolidating, and reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Experience working independently to manage recurring reporting responsibilities, deadlines, and data requests.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to monitor financial, operational, and quality performance.
• Collaborate with Information Technology to develop automated data collection processes and improve reporting efficiencies.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Maintain the Population Health Dashboard by incorporating data from various departments and automated reporting solutions through Epic.
• Coordinate quality measure data reporting for HHSC programs and develop bi-weekly reporting processes.
