Job summary

Sifted is seeking a customer-experience-minded professional to serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at client locations. The role involves ensuring every staff member is delighted and creating a pop-up vibe in the client’s office with branded messaging.

The ideal candidate enjoys pop-up events, embraces feedback for growth, and is comfortable representing the Sifted brand in fast-paced environments. A vehicle is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is a plus.
• Detail oriented with focus on customer experience.
• Able to work fast-paced events and engage with guests.
• Comfort representing the Sifted brand in-office settings.

Responsibilities

• On-site management of the Sifted lunch program at client locations.
• Create a pop-up vibe using branded materials and creative signage.
• Tell the menu story through branded messaging on site.
• Collect feedback and report metrics to the Community Manager.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and guest experience.

Schedule : Mon - Fri // 10:30am-1:30pm

Today, Sifted creates experiential lunch programs for high-growth, culture-centric companies. Brands who want to treat their staff to chef-made, hand-delivered lunches hire Sifted to provide a daily or weekly lunch in their office.

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients’ locations.

The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values all the elements that contribute to an out-of-this-world event experience.

This particular position does require a vehicle or the ability to drive.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
• Creating an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
• Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
• Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
• Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience

Our ideal candidate

• Has some food service experience, but not required
• Is detail oriented and looks for ways to have a positive impact on the customer experience
• Loves working fast-paced events and interacting with guests
• Enjoys building the Sifted brand and looks forward to representing it
• Is open to feedback and appreciates opportunities to improve personally and professionally
