Job summary

Westin Hapuna Beach Resort is seeking a Naupaka Pool Server to ensure the pool area is clean, safe and well staffed. You will greet guests warmly, take and relay beverage orders, transfer towels, and help with towels/equipment throughout the day.

Responsibilities include inputting orders in the resort POS, following liquor laws, and observing for safety hazards. You will respond to guest requests and emergencies per resort procedures while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED Certified.
• Department of Health TB test clearance.
• Must be pleasant, friendly and smiling.
• Must be at least 18 years of age if selling or serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and service guests at the pool according to resort standards.
• Take food and beverage orders and input them in the POS system.
• Transfer towels and pool equipment to guests and maintain supplies at the station.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the pool area; observe and report hazards.
• Respond to emergencies following hotel procedures and log incidents.
