Job summary

Mauna Kea Resort is seeking a Naupaka Pool Server to warmly welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a seamless poolside dining experience. You will handle beverage and meal service, stock and clean stations, and assist with towel and equipment management to uphold resort standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage service preferred.
• Ability to provide friendly and efficient guest service.
• CPR/First Aid or similar certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the pool with warmth and assist with personalized service.
• Take and input food and beverage orders, set and clear tables.
• Deliver beverages and meals promptly while adhering to SOPs and safety rules.
• Inspect pool area for safety hazards and report issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool area, towels, and equipment; restock supplies as needed.
• Follow hotel procedures for liquor service and guest safety.
