Job summary

Accor in Wailea, Hawaii seeks a Server for AMA Bar & Grill - Poolside to deliver warm, personalized service in an outdoor, social setting. You will know all menu items, greet guests with aloha, and ensure smooth service throughout each shift. Hourly wage is $16.00.

Experience in high-volume, upscale dining and wine knowledge are assets. Applicants should be able to work varied schedules, including weekends, and lift up to 50 lbs. Mahalo for your interest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ serving experience in high volume, upscale full service restaurant preferred.
• Previous fine dining experience and wine knowledge is an asset.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Confirm station assignment
• Complete daily opening checklist and duties assigned
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Maintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests
• Focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
