Responsibilities

• Uphold safety, sanitation, attendance, and dress code guidelines.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests.
• Greet guests, assist seating, and provide menus, water, and drinks.
• Explain specials and menu items; take accurate orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely food and beverage delivery.
• Serve promptly with proper presentation and timing.
• Monitor guest satisfaction; address requests and refill drinks.
• Handle concerns professionally; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service during peak times.
• Process payments accurately and present bills to guests.
• Perform opening/closing duties and station setup.
• Join training sessions and pre-shift meetings.
