Job summary

Interlachen Country Club, Inc. seeks a PK&B Bartender to stock the bar, mix and serve beverages to members and guests, and maintain a clean, orderly bar area.

The role includes setting up the bar at each shift, stocking supplies, taking and delivering orders, performing tableside wine service, and ensuring compliance with club standards and safety protocols. Must be able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks.
• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a neat appearance and proper uniform at all times.
• Adhere to club bylaws, rules, and safety procedures.
• Provide courteous service and manage tenacious customer interactions.
• Assist with bar setup, inventory and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve beverages to order and charge member accounts.
• Prepare drinks for servers or serve directly to members and guests.
• Take cocktail or food orders at the bar and at tables when needed.
• Maintain sanitary bar areas and follow opening/closing checklists.
• Stock bar, rotate inventory and report shortages to supervisor.
• Handle wine, beer, and liquor inventory; complete and total bar tickets.
• Perform tableside wine service according to ICC standards.
• Transport beverages from kitchen to bar areas and ensure equipment safety.
• Report maintenance issues and potential problems with underage drinking.
