Interlachen Country Club, Inc. in Winter Park, FL seeks a Mixed Grille Server to provide exceptional service to members and guests in a casual, updated grille concept with a patio view.

Responsibilities include taking orders, bartending, and ensuring satisfaction while maintaining professional appearance and attitude. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with banquets or club events as needed.

Qualifications

• Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating.
• Answer questions and suggestively sells food and beverage items, if appropriate.
• Takes member’s and guest’s orders.
• Able to bartend and perform bar service.
• Presents dessert menus, suggests, and serves dessert, coffee, and after-dinner drinks.
• Keeps tables, dining area and bus station areas clean.

Responsibilities

• Offer members and guests an enjoyable, expertly served meal reflecting high service standards.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and provide service before being asked.
• Monitor the table during meals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Charge to member’s account accurately and assist with openings/closings as needed.
• Support club operations during banquets or events.
