Fairmont New Orleans is seeking a friendly Pool Lounge Service Attendant to support servers and deliver food and beverages to poolside guests. You will maintain stations, assist with cabana service, and help ensure a seamless luxury experience during high-volume periods.

Applicants should have hospitality experience, a professional appearance, and the ability to work outdoors in warm, humid conditions. A flexible schedule, strong teamwork, and excellent guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage to tables, loungers, cabanas, and guest areas.
• Verify orders for accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain pool lounge cleanliness and station stock.
• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables.
• Support cabana service and VIP experiences.
• Communicate dietary restrictions and guest requests to the team.
• Follow all safety and health procedures.
