Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Sunseeker Resort Florida Gulf Coast is seeking a friendly Pool Attendant to welcome guests, distribute towels, assist with seating, and fulfill pool and cabana requests. You will help maintain a safe, clean, and inviting pool area in a dynamic resort environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work weekends and outdoors in hot conditions. Join a diverse team and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Clear communication in English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests entering the pool area.
• Check-in pool guests; issue wristbands and towels.
• Assist guests with seating and cabana/pool requests.
• Maintain and monitor pool area to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of pool area and respond to guest needs.
