Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL is hiring a friendly Food & Beverage Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with warm, attentive service.

You will process payments, keep service stations clean, coordinate with bartenders and kitchen staff, and follow safety and resort policies in a fast‑paced outdoor setting.

Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required; previous serving experience is preferred, and professional appearance and teamwork are expected.

Formación

• Previous food and beverage serving experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to process payments accurately.
• Ability to learn and operate a POS system.
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented; flexible to weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, explain menu offerings, and answer questions.
• Take and enter orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and maintain presentation standards.
• Process payments and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Maintain clean service areas and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies.
