Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage serving experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor setting.
• Basic math and payment handling accuracy.
• Ability to learn and operate a POS system.
• Dependable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
• Flexible weekends/holidays and peak hours.
• Must meet age requirements for alcohol service.
• Must obtain required food safety or alcohol service certifications.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly, explain menu offerings, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Provide attentive service and check guest satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately.
• Maintain clean service areas and comply with safety procedures.
• Verify guest age for alcohol service.
• Communicate with team to ensure timely service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and restocking.
• Report hazards and issues to supervisors.
• Present a professional appearance and follow uniform standards.
• Follow Hawks Cay Resort and EOS Hospitality policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
