Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality in Sedona, AZ, seeks a Restaurant Host / Room Service Delivery Attendant to welcome guests, manage seating and reservations, and coordinate dining services across the property.

You will move between the restaurant and guest rooms, delivering in-room orders and assisting guests with menu inquiries while maintaining a professional and mobile hospitality presence on a fast-paced property.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments.
• Escort guests to tables and provide information regarding restaurant services and menu offerings.
• Answer guest questions and address concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the host stand and public dining areas.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure efficient guest seating and service.
• Prepare, verify, and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms throughout the property.
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and presented according to service standards.
• Interact directly with guests during delivery, responding to requests and providing exceptional customer service.
• Retrieve trays, carts, dishes, and service items from guest floors and rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service stations, carts, and delivery equipment.
• Communicate guest requests and service issues promptly to management.
