Job summary

Las Vegas, NV - MGM Resorts International is hiring a Busperson & Runner for the ARIA pool to support a seamless poolside experience. Responsibilities include keeping service areas clean, stocking supplies, and assisting with food delivery in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of relevant experience in a busperson or food runner role and is comfortable working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant operation preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment.
• Keep floors free of debris and spills.
• Sweep, mop floors and empty trash as required.
• Maintain par stock levels in beverage station.
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Retrieve orders from warehouse and stock storeroom.
• Assist with proper stock rotation.
• Run food as required by the Department.
