Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls.
• Respond to general email inquiries from guests and staff.
• Schedule conference calls and meetings for staff.
• Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with department groups as necessary.
• Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming for guests.
• Inform management of guest issues and equipment needs.
