Job summary

MGM Resorts International is hiring a Pool Attendant for the Aria property in Las Vegas to welcome guests and provide attentive service at our tropical pool experience, ensuring guest comfort and safety throughout the day.

The role involves assisting with seating, answering questions, maintaining the pool deck, assisting with towel and desk duties, and following emergency protocols. Must be 16 or older; 1+ year experience preferred; starting rate is $13.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience preferred.
• Experience as a Pool Guest Attendant or Lifeguard preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the pool and MGM Resorts family with memorable service.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints and provide supporting services.
• Open/close duties, maintain pool deck appearance, and assist with towel duties.
• Provide CPR or first aid if needed and follow emergency protocols.
• Participate in pool safety programs and guest safety training.
