Job summary

The Resort at Summerlin in Las Vegas is seeking a Busperson/Food Runner to support servers, expedit e and deliver food orders promptly while maintaining luxury standards. You will help with setting tables, attending guest needs, and ensuring clean, organized service areas throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of hotel/restaurant Food Runner/Busperson experience, strong teamwork, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year hotel/restaurant Food Runner/Busperson experience preferred.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and deliver food orders accurately and promptly.
• Attend to guest beverage requests (water, coffee, tea, soft drinks).
• Support servers by covering stations and assisting guests and staff.
• Organize, clean, and maintain kitchen and service areas and storage.
• Set and reset tables quickly according to standards; perform side duties.
• Restock dishes, silverware, linen and service items throughout shift.
• Carry trays and serve, then store soiled linen and dishware properly.
• Deposit trash and maintain cleanliness of floor areas under tables.
