Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Bus Runner to support front of house and back of house in our fast-paced dining environment. You will greet guests, deliver beverages, and help ensure table settings and cleanliness to uphold service standards.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, good English communication, a polished appearance, and strong customer service. Previous food service experience is preferred, and licensing requirements must be met.

Qualifications

• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain table cleanliness by removing finished courses and replenishing cutlery.
• Assist in the delivery of food and beverages to support servers.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
• Restock supplies and prepare venue table settings.
• Deliver beverages, including alcoholic options to guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized work area.
• Rotate to other Food & Beverage outlets/venues as necessary.
• Adhere to Resorts World core values and standards.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
