Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas (ARIA) invites you to join Salt & Ivy as a Busperson & Runner, delivering a seamless dining experience from the café to the patio bar, ensuring tables are clean and stocked with essentials.

You will work with Food Servers to move dishes quickly and maintain par stock, while keeping floors and equipment sanitized. Starting pay is $14.87 per hour plus tips, with weekend and holiday shifts required, and benefits including free meals and parking.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment.
• Keep floors free of debris and spills.
• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage as required by the venue.
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station.
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom.
• Assist with proper stock rotation.
• Run food as required by the Department.
