Mariani Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Pool Service Supervisor to lead a small team, schedule field work, and maintain client pool health. You will oversee water chemistry, balance pH, and perform routine cleaning to ensure sparkling pools across our properties.

The role requires leadership, knowledge of pool equipment and chemicals, and the ability to diagnose and repair. Strong English communication and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Two years of pool & hot tub minor repair experience.
• Two years of pool/hot tub cleaning & operations experience (certification preferred).
• Two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control, ordering and application of pool chemicals.
• Repair and upkeep of pool cleaning equipment.
• Operate service vehicles and industry equipment properly.
• Program pool/spa controls and chemical feeders.
• Hire, manage and train a small team of technicians.
• Complete all assigned jobs timely and professionally.
• Maintain daily activity logs and records of chemicals used.
• Patch leaks in pool liners or plumbing; educate customers on maintenance.

Job Overview

The Pool Service Supervisor is responsible for managing team schedules, maintaining OEG client swimming pools, test water chemistry, balance pH levels, and perform routine cleaning to ensure a safe, sparkling swimming pool environment. This role requires leadership ability, a strong understanding of pool equipment and chemicals, including the ability to diagnose and repair, perform pool openings and winterizing, along with other duties within our Property Care Division as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Inventory control, ordering and property application of pool chemicals
• Repair and upkeep of pool cleaning equipment
• Proper operation of service vehicles and industry equipment
• Program pool/spa controls and chemical feeders
• Hiring, managing and training a small team of technicians
• Completion of all assigned jobs in a timely, professional manner
• Ensure daily activity logs are completed and turned in
• Detect and patch leaks in pool liners or plumbing.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used per job.
• Educate customers on basic preventative maintenance and address any concerns.
• PVC plumbing and basic electrical work as needed.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma
• Two (2) year Pool & Hot Tub minor repair experience
• Two (2) year Pool/Hot Tub Cleaning & Operations experience (Certification preferred)
• Two (2) year Customer Service experience
• Valid and clean driving record with reliable transportation
• Read, write and speak clearly in English
• 40 hour work week with shift rotations, including Saturdays
• Able to lift 60 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb stairs
• Ability to swim highly desired

Position Range: $30.00 per hour - $40.00per hour
