Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in related fields (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, maintenance)
• Willingness to learn with strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer service mindset and clear communication
• Professional appearance and ability to work in customer-facing environments
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift and handle equipment safely and work outdoors

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while performing pool and spa maintenance and repair
• Conduct on-site inspections, assess water quality, and perform maintenance such as cleaning filters, balancing chemicals, and troubleshooting equipment issues
• Test installed equipment to ensure proper operation
• Install new pool equipment and assist with openings and closings
• Provide clear, friendly guidance to customers on equipment use and pool care
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage inventory
• Work safely following proper safety protocols
• Arrive at customer homes with a professional appearance and respectful demeanor
