Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in related fields such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, equipment installation/repair, or general maintenance.
• Willingness to learn with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service mindset with clear communication skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in customer-facing environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment safely and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while performing pool and spa maintenance and repair.
• Conduct on-site inspections, assess water quality, and perform maintenance such as cleaning filters and balancing chemicals.
• Test installed equipment to ensure proper working order.
• Install new pool equipment and assist with pool openings and closings.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional guidance to customers on equipment use and pool care.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage inventory efficiently.
• Work safely while lifting and handling equipment, following proper safety protocols.
• Arrive at customer homes with a professional appearance and respectful demeanor.

Preferred

• Pool & Spa industry experience
• CPO Certification
• Experience working with pumps, filtration systems, or water systems
