Pool & Spa Depot is seeking a hands-on Pool & Spa Service Technician to ensure pools and spas operate safely and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

This role targets candidates with mechanical, maintenance, or installation backgrounds and offers growth in a hands-on, customer-focused environment. Pool & Spa Depot is a Drug-Free Workplace.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in related fields such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, equipment installation/repair, or general maintenance/ construction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while performing pool and spa maintenance and repair.
• Conduct on-site inspections, assess water quality, and perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, balancing chemicals, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Test installed equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Install new pool equipment and assist with pool openings and closings.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional guidance to customers on equipment use and pool care.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage inventory efficiently.
• Work safely while lifting and handling equipment, following proper safety protocols.
• Arrive at customer homes with a professional appearance and respectful demeanor, representing the company positively.

Join our dynamic team at Pool & Spa Depot as a Pool & Spa Service Technician! This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll ensure pools and spas are operating safely and efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with mechanical, maintenance, or installation backgrounds (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general construction, appliance repair, etc.) looking to grow in a specialized field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professional appearance and ability to work in customer-facing environments
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and handle equipment safely and work outdoors
• Open availability to work weekends and overtime as needed during peak season.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Pool & Spa industry experience
• CPO Certification
• Experience working with pumps, filtration systems, or water systems
