Job summary

Pool and Spa Depot in Middle Tennessee is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide consistent pool cleaning and maintenance services, building a base of satisfied clients. You will balance water chemistry, perform on-site repairs, upsell service opportunities, record materials for invoicing, and maintain vehicles, tools, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPO or PPSO certification.
• Current Driver's License.
• Experience with pool cleaning equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent client satisfaction, leading to repeat business and referrals.
• Provide reliable, professional pool cleaning and water balancing on site.
• Record materials used for invoicing and maintain stock/register.
• Maintain vehicle and tools, ensuring safety and OSHA compliance.
• Identify maintenance problems and upsell opportunities with supervision as needed.
• Attend training and team meetings to stay updated on new pool industry practices.
