Job summary

Casino Del Sol is seeking a Pool Operations Specialist to perform a wide range of skilled tasks for maintaining and repairing swimming pool and spa facilities and equipment. The role requires knowledge of water chemistry, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response as well as accurate record keeping and reporting to supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year pool/spa maintenance experience.
• Must possess or obtain pool certification within six months of employment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. and have employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pool and spa in accordance with departmental standards and regulations.
• Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces items like filters, pumps, and underwater lights.
• Tests water chemistry (chlorine, pH, combined chlorine) and temperature control.
• Maintains and refills chemical feed system.
• Performs routine maintenance on pool and spa equipment.
• Responds to after-hours emergency calls and complaints promptly.
