Job summary

Casino Del Sol is seeking a Facilities Specialist 3 to oversee and perform high-level maintenance, repairs, and renovations across the property's buildings and systems. The role includes mentoring junior staff, leading maintenance tasks, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The position requires extensive hands-on experience in multiple trades, ability to manage complex projects, and readiness to respond to emergencies. Exceptional coordination with teams and vendors is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in building maintenance or facilities maintenance/engineering, incl. electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, painting & masonry.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a valid gaming license/background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex maintenance without supervision.
• Lead or train assigned crew members in job tasks and safety requirements.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and coordinate with supervisors as needed.
• Maintain logs, records, preventive maintenance schedules and related documents.
