SPS PoolCare is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Pool Maintenance Specialists, ensuring efficient repair operations and high-quality service. The role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will oversee scheduling, inventory, and coordination with other departments, while driving continuous process improvements and workforce development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent industry work experience required.
• Strong knowledge of swimming pool repair and maintenance preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires and trains Pool Maintenance Specialists.
• Directs daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of pools.
• Provides ongoing training and guidance to the maintenance department.
• Manages inventory, parts purchasing, and vehicle maintenance.
• Coordinates with other managers and departments to achieve goals.
• Ensures compliance with safety, policies, and regulations.
• Reviews expenditures and helps set budgets with management.
• Responds to client inquiries and manages service expectations.
• Performs other administrative/operational duties as required.
