Job summary

The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa seeks a Lead Senior Pool Technician to maintain pools, spas, fountains and the Oasis Water Park, ensuring attractive water features with proper chemical balance.

The role requires 4+ years of pool maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and knowledge of water chemistry and maintenance trades. CPO certification is preferred; strong English communication and detailed logs are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, water chemistry and tool use.
• Familiarity with safety procedures for pool and spa chemicals.
• Ability to follow resort standards and maintain inspection logs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pools, spas, fountains and Oasis Water Park with proper chemical balance and mechanical operation.
• Perform slide maintenance and prep for repairs as needed.
• Mentor and train new and current team members.
• Order and monitor pool maintenance supplies.
• Report major repairs to management and keep logs in English.
• Complete other special projects as assigned.
