Job summary

The Tortorella Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our growing team in Hampton Bays. You will answer inbound calls from service clients and field technicians, build lasting client relationships, and identify opportunities to exceed expectations.

You will collaborate with the Service team, negotiate contracts, prepare estimates for repairs and upgrades, and drive improvements in sales and account management.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on work experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
• An organised, confident self-starter with hands-on sales, account management or service experience.
• Pool industry background preferred, quick studies who understand the trades should apply.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls from service clients and field technicians.
• Build and nurture lasting client relationships while identifying opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with the Service team and field technicians to uphold service standards.
• Proactively identify repair and maintenance opportunities to ensure clients have an impeccable season.
• Negotiate contracts and defend renewal rates.
• Prepare estimates for repairs, upgrades, and third-party services and coordinate delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement of the team with sales and account management knowledge.
• Work with finance to manage receivables in the territory.
• Report on key performance indicators showing impact.
