Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and service technicians.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the service team to uphold service standards.
• Identify and manage repair and maintenance opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and prepare estimates for services.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
