Job summary

This full-time position involves answering customer inquiries, collaborating with service teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the swimming pool industry.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute.
• Positive attitude and flexibility in handling customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and technicians.
