Job summary

Moxy South Beach in Miami Beach is seeking a Pool Services Attendant to create a clean, welcoming pool experience for guests. You will help maintain the pool area, ensure towels and water are available, and provide friendly, attentive service.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality.
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a TEAM.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the pool and surrounding areas.
• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Provide attentive and professional service to guests using the pool area.
• Distribute clean towels and ensure towels are consistently stocked and available.
• Maintain an adequate supply of drinking water for guests.
• Monitor the pool area and promptly address cleanliness and guest service needs.
• Keep pool furniture and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Remove trash and maintain clean, guest-ready surroundings.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or other issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow all hotel pool, safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.
• Assist guests with questions and requests in a helpful and professional manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Previous hotel, pool, recreation, or guest service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
