Moxy South Beach in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a motivated Public Area Attendant to keep lobbies, hallways, and guest areas clean and welcoming.

You will work as part of our HOUSEKEEPING TEAM, delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in public spaces.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors and carpets.
• Dust, clean, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, windows, and other surfaces.
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts, linens, and guest supplies.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow all hotel cleanliness, safety, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Cleanand maintain hotelpublic areas, includinglobbies, hallways, elevators, stairways, and restrooms
• Vacuum,sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floorsand carpets
• Dust, clean, andsanitize furniture, fixtures, windows, and other surfaces
• Empty trash andmaintain cleanliness ofpool and otherguest areas
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts,linens, and guestsupplies
• Respond to guestrequests in afriendly and professionalmanner
• Report maintenance issues, damages, safety concerns, andlost-and-founditems
• Assist Room Attendantsand the Housekeepingteam as needed
• Follow all hotelcleanliness, safety, andservice standards
• Perform additional dutiesas assigned byHousekeeping leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hotel housekeeping, public area, or cleaning experience preferred; we are willing to train the right person
• Reliable, dependable, andself-motivated with strongattention to detail
• Friendly and professionalwith a passionfor guest service
• Able to workindependently and aspart of aTEAM
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, andholidays
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
• Able tobend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, andlift as required, with or withoutreasonable accommodation
• StrongEnglish communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
