Moxy South Beach in Miami Beach is seeking friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeepers/Room Attendants to join our TEAM. As a Room Attendant you help create a welcoming and memorable guest experience by maintaining cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and common areas.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong guest-service mindset and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds and change linens, towels, and other supplies.
• Dust, polish, vacuum, and sanitize guest rooms and common areas.
• Restock amenities and housekeeping supplies; report maintenance issues.

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepareguest rooms andbathrooms according tohotel standards
• Make beds andchange linens,towels, and otherroom supplies
• Dust, polish, vacuum, mop, and sanitizeguest rooms andcommon areas asassigned
• Thoroughly clean andsanitize showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, countertops, and othersurfaces
• Restock guest roomamenities and housekeepingsupplies
• Inspect roomsfor cleanliness, maintenanceconcerns, damages, andmissing items
• Report maintenance issues, safetyconcerns, lost-and-found items, andproperty damage promptly
• Operate housekeeping equipmentsafely andproperly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping cartand work area
• Follow hotelstandards, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively withthe housekeeping teamandother hotel departmentsto provide anexceptional guest experience
• Assistwith other housekeepingduties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willingto train theright person
• A positive attitudeand strong workethic
• Dependable, punctual, andable to workindependently while alsobeing a TEAMplayer
• Strong attention todetail and pridein your work
• Ability to workefficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent guest serviceand communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, andholidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to standand walk forextended periods
• Ability to frequentlybend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and liftwhile performing jobduties, with orwithout reasonable accommodation
• Ability to safelyoperate or learnto operate housekeepingequipment
• English communicationskills sufficient tocommunicate with guestsand coworkers andto read andfollow workplace instructions
• Bilingual English/Spanishskills are aplus
