Job summary

Moxy South Beach in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a Pool Services Attendant to keep the pool area clean, welcoming, and guest-ready. You will help maintain cleanliness, stock towels and water, and deliver attentive service with a friendly smile.

We value positivity and teamwork. Previous hotel or pool experience is preferred but training is available; you should be able to work weekends and holidays, and communicate in English, with Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service is preferred but training is available.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the pool and surrounding areas.
• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Provide attentive and professional service to guests using the pool area.
• Distribute clean towels and ensure towels are consistently stocked and available.
• Maintain an adequate supply of drinking water for guests.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management.

EssentialDuties & Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overallappearance of thepool and surroundingareas
• Greet guests witha friendly andwelcomingattitude
• Provide attentive andprofessional service toguests using thepool area
• Distribute clean towelsandensure towels areconsistently stocked andavailable
• Maintain an adequatesupply of drinkingwater for guests
• Monitor the poolarea and promptlyaddresscleanliness and guestservice needs
• Keep pool furnitureand surrounding areasclean andorganized
• Remove trash andmaintain clean, guest-ready surroundings
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, orother issues tothe appropriate supervisor
• Follow all hotelpool, safety, sanitation, andguest service standards
• Assist guests withquestions and requestsin a helpfuland professional manner
• Perform additional dutiesasassigned by management

What We're LookingFor

• Previous hotel, pool, recreation, or guest service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

• Ability to workindependently and aspart of aTEAM
• Must be ableto work aflexible schedule, includingweekends, holidays, andvarying shifts

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
